Description

Consists of a copper cylindrical vessel measuring 180 x 115 mm, equipped with a steam vent and a vertical tube that extends through the side of the vessel. Inside the central tube, there is a brass tube that fits snugly and can slide up and down. The brass tube has a lower angle cut, which effectively seals the chute. This design allows heated material to be transferred to a calorimeter without any significant heat loss.
